Extrutech Clean Room / Room Enclosures are effective solutions for permanent or temporary rooms that are quick and easy to setup and create a clean controlled working environment for your application. Room sizes and heights can be made to fit your requirements. We provide options for window and door sizes, as well as  ceiling and wall configurations. options. Using Extrutech's EPI9000 wall panel for the wall assembly, our smooth, flat non-porous CP2400 24" Ceiling Grid Panels and our smooth 1 3/4" thick pre-hung doors. We are able to provide a complete room envelope that can be shipped to your location ready to be setup with just simple tools; and with  the versatile, easy to use panel  desiign, ready for your lighting and mechanical requirements.

EPI9000-36"  WALL PANEL

Extrutech Wall Panel System uses the EPI9000 36" inch wide by 1 3/4" thick wall panel, that allows quick and easy setup. Have a smooth glossy surface on both sides that helps improve overall reflective lighting. Can be insulated or add  internal steel reinforcement additional support.  Can be cut to the requested length, up to 20' feet long. The interior structure of this dovetail interlocking panel is of a multi-chamber structure of thirty-six 1"x 1 3/4" chambers the length of the panel with an external wall thickness of .070". Made with 100% virgin, exterior-grade PVC and has a Class C rating and will not support mold or mildew per ASTM D3273 and D3274.
